We create and manage Facebook and Google ads targeting homeowners in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. The ads offer a free roof inspection, something homeowners actually want. You don't pay for ad spend. We cover that.

Ads run continuously. Lead volume scales with ad budget. We target homeowners specifically (not renters) by property ownership signals and geographic ZIP code targeting.

Homeowners land on a city-specific page

Each ad sends traffic to a landing page for that specific city: Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, etc. The page is simple: short form, no account required, no friction.

The form asks for name, phone, address, roof age, roof type, and whether they've noticed any damage. Takes 90 seconds to complete.

The lead is created and classified

The moment they hit submit, our system captures their info and classifies the lead: Standard (inspection request), Premium (known damage, insurance potential), or Urgent (active leak / emergency).

Lead tier determines price: Standard $89, Qualified $149, Storm $225. You only pay for the tier of lead you receive.

We offer the lead to you, exclusively

We match the lead to one roofer in that market and send you an exclusive offer. You review the lead and, if it's a fit, claim it through a quick secure checkout, and the homeowner's full contact info is yours. It's never offered to anyone else.

This lead goes to you and only you. We never sell it to another contractor. Once claimed, it's yours permanently.

You call, you close

The homeowner is expecting your call. They asked for an inspection. Just call them, schedule the visit, and do what you do best. The sales process from here is 100% yours.
