When do I get charged?
You pay when you accept a lead we offer you. We send you an exclusive lead matched to your area with the price shown up front; you review it and pay through a secure checkout to unlock the homeowner's full contact details. No charge ever happens without your action.
What if the contact info is wrong?
If a phone number is disconnected or the address doesn't exist, we replace the lead at no charge. The homeowner filled out the form themselves, so bad info is rare.
Is there a minimum purchase?
No. Buy one lead or buy fifty. We don't have minimums, retainers, or lock-in periods.
Can I pause or stop anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. We only send you leads when we have them for your area, and you're never obligated to buy any offer you receive.
