When do I get charged?

You're billed after the lead is delivered to you. We confirm the lead was received before charging.

What if the contact info is wrong?

If a phone number is disconnected or the address doesn't exist, we replace the lead at no charge. The homeowner filled out the form themselves, so bad info is rare.

Is there a minimum purchase?

No. Buy one lead or buy fifty. We don't have minimums, retainers, or lock-in periods.

Can I pause or stop anytime?

Yes. Text or email us and we'll pause your delivery immediately. No penalty, no notice period.
