Privacy Policy
BlueprintLeads LLC
Effective Date: June 12, 2026 Last Updated: June 12, 2026
BlueprintLeads LLC ("BlueprintLeads," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have, when you use our website at blueprintleadsllc.com and our services (the "Service").
Please read this carefully. By using the Service or submitting information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Important disclosure for homeowners: BlueprintLeads is a lead-generation company. When you submit a request for a roofing inspection or estimate, we share your contact information with a roofing contractor so they can reach out to you. That is the core purpose of our Service, and under some state laws this sharing is considered a "sale" of your information. By submitting your information, you are requesting that a contractor contact you. See Sections 4, 5, 6, and 11 below for details and your choices.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to two groups of people:
- Homeowners who submit inspection or estimate requests through our Site; and
- Contractors who sign up for, or purchase Leads through, our Service.
It also applies to general visitors to our Site.
2. Categories of Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers — name, phone number, email address, property or mailing address, city, and IP address.
- Property and inquiry information (from homeowners) — roof age, roof type, the damage or issue you describe, and other details you choose to provide.
- Commercial information — Leads you have purchased, transaction history, and your agreement to our Terms (including the date, time, and IP address of acceptance).
- Business and professional information (from contractors) — business name, licensing and insurance details you provide.
- Payment information — collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Internet and device activity — pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, browser and device type, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, health data, or biometric data.
3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you, when you complete a form, request an inspection, sign up, or make a purchase.
- Automatically, through cookies, pixels, and analytics when you use our Site.
- From third parties, such as our advertising and analytics partners (including Meta and Google) and our service providers.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Connect homeowners with contractors — the primary purpose of the Service;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- Process contractor payments and deliver purchased Leads;
- Communicate with you, including confirmations, notifications, and support;
- Plan, deliver, and measure our advertising (including through Meta and Google);
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and violations of our Terms;
- Maintain records of consent and transactions; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. How We Share and "Sell" Information
Homeowner information shared with contractors. When you submit a request as a homeowner, your contact and inquiry information is offered and, upon purchase, released to one roofing contractor so they may contact you about your request. This is the essential function of the Service. Because this involves disclosing your information to a third party in exchange for value, certain state privacy laws treat it as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Section 11 for your right to opt out.
Service providers. We share information with companies that help us operate the Service, including:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Supabase — database and application hosting;
- Resend — transactional email;
- Vercel and Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery;
- Meta and Google — advertising and analytics.
These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BlueprintLeads, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If BlueprintLeads is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not disclose homeowner information to data brokers or to anyone other than the contractor fulfilling the request and the service providers described above.
6. Consent to Be Contacted (Homeowners)
By submitting your information through our Site and checking the consent box on our request form, you provide your prior express written consent for BlueprintLeads and the roofing contractor we connect you with to contact you about your request at the phone number and email you provide — including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. We record the date, time, IP address, and the wording of the consent you agreed to. You may opt out of further contact at any time as described in Section 7.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile number and consent to texts:
- You may receive text messages regarding your roofing inquiry from us and/or the contractor we connect you with.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising — including the Meta Pixel and Google tags. These fall into roughly three categories: strictly necessary, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how the Site works. Where required, we will present a cookie notice or consent banner.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contractor purchase and consent records are retained for as long as necessary for those purposes. Homeowners may request removal of their information from our active database as described below.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (see Section 11); and
- Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
To make a request, contact us at blueprintleads@blueprintleadsllc.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Because we disclose homeowner information to a contractor in exchange for value, some state laws treat this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out. To exercise it, email us at blueprintleads@blueprintleadsllc.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," or use any "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link we provide in our Site footer. We will honor verified requests as required by law. Note that if you opt out before submitting an inspection request, we will not be able to connect you with a contractor, since that is the purpose of the request.
12. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal or an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by law, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, and we rely on reputable processors such as Stripe and Supabase. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Third-Party Links
Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. We will not make material, retroactive changes to how we treat previously collected information without an appropriate legal basis.
