When homeowners submit a roof inspection request through our landing pages, we collect the information they provide: name, phone number, email address, property address, ZIP code, and details about their roof. This information is submitted voluntarily by the homeowner.

When roofing contractors submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect company name, owner name, email address, phone number, and service area information.

How We Use Your Information

Homeowner information submitted through our inspection request forms is used solely to connect that homeowner with a licensed roofing contractor in their area. We share your contact information with one (1) contractor only: the contractor we believe is the best match for your location and needs.

Contractor inquiry information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver leads to you.

We do not sell your data to third-party marketing companies. We do not share your information with anyone other than the single matched contractor (for homeowners) or our internal team (for contractor inquiries).

Email Communications

When you submit a form on our site, you may receive a confirmation email from BluePrint Leads. You may receive follow-up communications related to your request. You can opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us directly.

Data Retention

We retain lead data for internal record-keeping and quality assurance purposes. If you wish to have your information removed from our records, please contact us at the information below and we will process your request within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect the information stored in our systems, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in our operations: Supabase (database storage), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payment processing, for contractor billing). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.
