1. About BluePrint Leads

BluePrint Leads LLC ("BluePrint Leads", "we", "us") is a lead generation service based in Boca Raton, Florida. We generate and sell exclusive roofing leads to licensed roofing contractors in South Florida. We also operate homeowner-facing landing pages where homeowners may request a free roof inspection.

2. For Homeowners

By submitting a roof inspection request through any BluePrint Leads landing page, you agree to be contacted by a licensed roofing contractor regarding your request. You understand that your contact information will be shared with one (1) roofing contractor for this purpose.

Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire any contractor. There is no charge to homeowners for using this service.

You represent that the property address you provide is accurate and that you have authority to authorize a roof inspection at that property.

3. For Roofing Contractors

By purchasing leads from BluePrint Leads, you agree to the following:

You will use lead information solely to contact homeowners regarding roofing services. You will not resell, redistribute, or share lead contact information with any third party. You will conduct yourself professionally when contacting homeowners.

You understand that BluePrint Leads does not guarantee any specific outcome from leads, including the homeowner's availability, interest level, or decision to hire. Lead prices are as stated at time of delivery. Payment is due upon receipt of each lead.

BluePrint Leads makes no representation that the number of leads available will meet any specific volume requirement. Lead availability depends on ad campaign performance, which varies.

4. Lead Exclusivity

Each lead is sold to one (1) contractor only. BluePrint Leads will not sell or share the same homeowner's contact information with more than one roofing contractor from our network. This exclusivity is the foundation of our service.

5. Refund Policy

BluePrint Leads will replace a lead at no charge if the phone number provided by the homeowner is disconnected or if the contact information is demonstrably invalid (e.g., address does not exist). Requests for replacements must be made within 48 hours of lead delivery.

We do not issue refunds or replacements because a homeowner did not answer, was not interested, or chose not to proceed with a project. Lead quality is defined by the accuracy of the information provided, not by the outcome of the contractor's sales effort.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose. You may not submit false information through any BluePrint Leads form. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our website or systems. Contractors may not use lead information for any purpose other than the roofing services inquiry that generated the lead.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BluePrint Leads provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding lead quality beyond the accuracy of the contact information provided. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or return on investment from purchasing leads.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BluePrint Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid by that party for leads in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
